Our development of a software tailored for school infrastructure has enabled the creation of the Smart Routing System Barcode Security System, designed to effectively address several key challenges in educational institutions:

-          Contact Verification: In educational institutions, efficient contact verification is often lacking, making it challenging to accurately identify individuals entering the school premises. Manual verification of visitors or guardians is slow, error-prone, and sometimes ineffective, leaving schools vulnerable to unauthorized access and potential security risks. KEY FEATURES OF THE BARCODE SECURITY SYSTEM

1.       Student Arrival and Departure Tracking:

-          Smart Routing System (SRS) will securely register all students, along with their parents or guardians and corresponding teachers.

-          A unique barcode will be generated for each student, ensuring individual identification.

-          The barcode will be attached to the student's clothing for easy scanning.

-          When a student arrives at school, their barcode will be scanned, triggering an instant text message to the parent or guardian, notifying them of their child's safe arrival. Simultaneously, the system records the student's attendance.

-          A similar streamlined process will occur when students leave the school premises.

 

2.       Authorized Picker Identification:

-          Individuals authorized to pick up a student will be carefully registered in our system.

-          Pickers will be identified using a secure fingerprint scanning system, ensuring the highest level of security.

-          When an authorized picker arrives, they will scan their fingerprint, granting them access to pick up the student. A text message is promptly dispatched to the parent or guardian to confirm the pickup, enhancing peace of mind.

-          Unauthorized individuals attempting to gain access will trigger immediate alert to the operating personnel.

 

3.       Staff Attendance Tracking:

-          Every member of the school staff will be registered in our system, adding an extra layer of security.

-          Staff members will use a fingerprint scanner to record their arrival and departure, ensuring precise attendance records.
